THRIVE is a one-of-a-kind, 8-week journey designed for women ages 35+ who want to understand and embrace the menopause transition with clarity, strength, and support. This isn’t just a lecture series — it’s an interactive, empowering experience that blends science-based education, group connection and coaching, and personalized 1:1 guidance to help you step into this stage of life with confidence and vitality. You’ll get the best of Heather’s expertise and decades of experience — from interactive education and group discussions to tailored private sessions — all in one comprehensive program designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.
