Discover your healthiest YOU with LIFE — a fun, energizing, and empowering wellness experience designed by women, for women. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a fresh spark in your routine, LIFE is more than a workout — it’s your weekly dose of movement, motivation, and meaningful connection. This one-of-a-kind program blends the best of personal training, group fitness, functional movement, behavior science, and women's wellness into one transformative experience that truly brings LIFE to your fitness and health goals. Ladies of all fitness levels are welcome! 💪 What You Get with LIFE: Total Body Variety: Each class is a new adventure! No boring routines here — just thoughtfully designed workouts to challenge and energize every part of your body and mind. o Cardio intervals (low, medium, high intensity) o Strength training with dumbbells or bodyweight o Functional movements for everyday strength and mobility o Barre, yoga, and Pilates-inspired exercises o Balance, breathwork, and mindfulness o Team-based games and challenges (yes, fitness can be fun!) Recorded Workouts: Missed a session? All classes are recorded and available for 2 weeks — perfect for those days when life gets busy or you want to do your favorite workout again! Track Your Transformation: Our signature “Testing Tuesday” monthly assessments help you see and celebrate your progress. Mind Meets Body: Each week we tackle inspiring women’s wellness topics designed to help you shift habits, boost confidence, and feel empowered in your own skin. The Power of the Pack: We move together, we laugh together, we lift each other up — LIFE is a team, and you’ll feel it from day one. 🌟 LIFE Session Details: Sessions run in the Spring (January-April), Summer (May-August), and Fall (September-December) Class days: Tuesdays, Thursdays Time: 5:45-6:45 pm central time Location: Starport NASA + Virtual via Zoom 🏋️ What You’ll Need: - If attending in person (highly recommended!), weights, etc. will be provided – your own mat is recommended. - If attending virtually, at-home dumbbells and a resistance loop are recommended. - Bodyweight-only exercise options are always available – I’ve got you! - All participants are required to set up Zoom access (it’s free!) to access the recorded videos and group chat.
